Seed packet returns

Return eligibility depends on timing, packet condition, and whether support approves the return before anything is mailed back. Unopened packets are easier to review than opened or damaged packets.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact support with the order number and clear photos within 7 days of delivery if an order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect.

Germination notes

Seed performance depends on storage, timing, temperature, moisture, growing medium, and local conditions. Product pages provide sowing guidance, but outdoor results are not guaranteed.
